PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO READ THIS: Congress has not changed and we are still going to pay for it. Wheres the Republicans now, It needs to be stopped.

I realize that this has little chance unless some powerful media gets behind it, but it should appeal to all – conservatives, liberals and independents.
Monday on Fox news they learned that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans. This will get national attention if other news networks will broadcast it. When you add this to the below, just where will all of it stop?
35 States file lawsuit against the Federal Government
Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.
This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on.
This is an idea that we should address.
For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform… in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn’t seem logical.
We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don’t care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop!
If each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.
Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: “Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.”

As a Nation We need to cut our spending so We don’t end up like Ireland or Greece,I see it coming to America. When Congress Stops the Crazy Spending and Stops the Unemployment programs that will have to stop sooner or later. We will be looking at people in the streets protesting and more. Please prepare yourself for this eventual event to happen. I believe it will be part people in need and unions creating this situation. I unfortunately don’t see any way out. Our dollar has just been devalued by 30% by printing more money and nothing to back it up. We are in hard times and I say we need to Pray, and prepare about it and then Act wisely So we are not caught up in it.

Immigration I believe We should have full immigration as long as Our unemployment rate is lower than 6% When it reaches 6% we need to cut immigration by 25%. If unemployment reaches 7% we need to drop immigration to 50%. When unemployment goes to 8% we need to drop immigration 75% and when we reach 9% we need to stop all immigration except for Husbands or wives marrying Citizens of the U.S. I also believe that we need to return to the system that was in place in 1979 in regards to unemployment and inflation figures. Not the new math system that President Carter started. These were actual numbers, and not deflated numbers to fake the public out. No one that believes in Sharia Islamic Law should be permitted immigration into Our Country as it is against the Constitution, and Our justice system. And the way Our Country Principal’s were founded. We also should not allow people into the Country if they believe in Radical Islam way of life. People who believe in this way of life should be deported from Our Country.

Americans to protect their freedoms, should immediately address GOP’S dangerous proposal in the “Contract With America” that would “make it much easier” for police to succeed with false arrests allowing illegally seized evidence in courts.

Republican Senator Hatch slipped this nightmare into The Crime Control Act of 1993 that failed to pass that attempted to add: Section 3509 Admissibility of Evidence Obtained By Search or Seizure(a) Evidence Obtained By Objectively Reasonable Search or Seizure (b) Evidence Not Excludable By Statute or Rule:” That provision would have laid the groundwork for Government/police to conduct illegal searches of Americans, their homes and offices with little or no probable cause as follows: “Government need only assert that “a search and seizure was carried out in circumstances justifying an objectively reasonable belief that it was in conformity with the Fourth Amendment.” Had the Hatch bill passed it would have opened the door for government/police to conduct mass civil asset forfeiture using (illegally obtained evidence) because police would only have to assert, “A search and seizure was carried out in circumstances justifying an objectively reasonable belief that it was in conformity with the Fourth Amendment.” There are over 200 U.S. laws and violations mentioned in the Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act of 2000 and the Patriot Act that can subject property to civil asset forfeiture. Under federal civil forfeiture laws, a person or business need not be charged with a crime for government to forfeit their property. US private contractors and their operatives (people/asset bounty hunters) work so closely with police exchanging information to arrest Americans and or share in the forfeiture of their assets, they appear to merge with police. Former Rep. Henry Hyde’s bill HR 1658 passed, the “Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act of 2000” and effectively eliminated the “statue of limitations” for Government Civil Asset Forfeiture. The statute now runs five years from when police allege they “learned” that an asset became subject to forfeiture. Obviously if Congress approves GOP’s proposal to admit illegally seized evidence into court, joining that with Rep. Hyde’s passed forfeiture bill’s low standard of civil proof needed for government to forfeit property “A preponderance of Evidence”, will allow police and government contractors to utilized government illegal wiretaps, including Citizens’ Internet activity and email to forfeit Citizens’ homes, businesses and other assets; utilize illegally obtained evidence to arrest Americans. Most property and business owners that defend their assets against Government Civil Forfeiture claim an “innocent owner defense.” This defense can become a criminal prosecution trap for both guilty and innocent property owners. Any fresh denial of guilt to the government when questioned about committing a crime “even when you did not do it” may “involuntarily waive” your right to assert in your defense—the “Criminal Statute of Limitations” past for prosecution: any fresh denial of guild, even 30 years after a crime was committed may allow Government prosecutors to use old and new evidence, including information discovered during a Civil Asset Forfeiture Proceeding to launch a criminal prosecution. For that reason many innocent property and business owners are reluctant to defend their property and businesses against Government Civil Asset Forfeiture. Re: waiving Criminal Statute of Limitations: see USC18, Sec.1001, James Brogan V. United States. N0.96-1579. U.S. No doubt government is sitting on a ton of illegally obtained evidence. The GOP’s proposal to allow government to use illegally seized evidence against Citizens could be used to selectively target citizens in a flood of prosecutions and forfeitures. One can envision police and government contractors drooling over the prospect GOP might succeed getting Congress to pass a law allowing prosecutors to use illegally obtained evidence against Citizens.

To stop GOP’s “New Contract With America” proposal that would permit law enforcement to use illegally obtained evidence in court against Citizens, Americans need to publicly protest this GOP proposal. This was Forwarded Please Read

This was just forwarded to me by the Tea Party being attacked again this time the RINOS watch out their every where. We have learned that the NRSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee) has sent a team of lawyers and political hacks – including the NRSC’s top lawyer – to Alaska to potentially manipulate the vote-counting process in the Alaska GOP Senate race.Their apparent goal: to help Liberal Sen. Lisa Murkowski steal the election from Conservative Republican, Joe Miller, who currently leads in the vote count.Joe Miller’s campaign has discovered that operatives are even calling absentee voters and asking them how they voted, purportedly so that they can figure out which absentee ballots to throw out (Joe Miller voters) and which ones to keep (Lisa Murkowski voters).We need to fight back against this attempt to manipulate the election process. We went through this with Al Franken in Minnesota when the Democrat Party pulled this stunt – we can’t stand for it in Alaska with the Republican Party establishment.Please sign the petition below and then share it with your friends. People VS Voting

I hear this from a lot of people, that why vote it does not matter. I am not really represented, all they care about is what they want to do. And a lot of folks say that my vote does not count. Well, this is not true, When you Vote especially for an Independent American like me it counts more than Voting Republican or Democrat as they cancel each other out. I could give you a litney test of things that were swayed by one or two votes, but most of you do not see it that way. All one has to do is to look at the city of Bell, California. A small town that is in the middle of the Los Angeles metro area, which is primary Hispanic and has some light industry. Most will recall of the city manager, and city council member pay scandal of recent weeks.
What makes this amazing, is people ask how was this done. With a city that is very poor. Well there some smoke and mirrors as some may call it, but it is a very important lesson on why people should get involved with the Elected Officials and Government and why a Third Party could have Stopped it. They had a special election a couple of years back so that it would grant them the salaries, They did not really advertise it. Only about 400 or less knew about the Election, and the measure was passed with only 366 or less votes. I believe that most did not even really realize what they were voting on. This should really send a message out on why one should be involved.
Tired of what is going on in Washington, then please get involved. We need your help!!
